SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. Order Processing Time**  
- All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates**  
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
  - Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
  - Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
  - International Shipping: 10-15 business days

3. Shipment Confirmation and racking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 2 hours.

4. International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to most countries. However, certain destinations may have restrictions or additional customs requirements.
- Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders vary by destination.
- Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Restriction 
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.
- If your shipping address is outside of our serviceable areas, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

6. Delays
- While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays, customs processing, etc.).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Missing or Damaged Shipments
- If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at bellacityllc33@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
